Hearty Pork Recipes

Pork recipes are one of the most popular dinner recipes in our home. It is as popular as chicken and beef. This also gives me a variation to make dinner that tastes quite different from other non-veg items.

It is one of the most popular Asian recipes. It requires 20 minutes of prep time and 10 minutes of cook time.

The ingredients include ground pork, cabbage, hoisin, Sriracha, shiitake mushrooms, won ton wrappers, and green onions.

Cuban Roasted Mojo Pork

It is packed with flavors and is one of the most popular dinner recipes in our home. You can use bone in or boneless pork.

To get the best texture marinate the pork for couple of hours. The recipe requires 10 minutes of prep time and 2 hours of cooking time.

The ingredients include orange juice, mint leaves, cumin, pork shoulder and cilantro. Let it rest for almost half an hour then slice it.

For doness use an internal thermometer to check if it’s done. The temperature should be 145°F.

Apple Cider Braised Pork Shoulder

I am a big fan of one-pot meals, and this is one of those recipes. One-pot meals are usually easier to make and require less cleanup. Did I say it’s budget-friendly too?

The equipment needed are peeler, a Dutch oven, and a knife. The recipe requires 20 minutes of prep time and 4 hours of cooking time. Preheat the oven to 325°F.

It is best served with mashed potatoes or salad. The recipe is one of the most loved met recipes so I always include it on the menu whenever I host a party.

It is one of the most loved pork recipes. I prefer a boneless pork chop for this recipe. This is one of the best comfort recipes. You need a 12 inch skillet.

It requires 22 minutes of prep time and 25 minutes of cooking time. For doneness, use a meat thermometer to check if the temperature has reached 145°F.

The ingredients include pork chops, garlic, black pepper, butter and all-purpose flour. It is best served with mashed potatoes.

Carnitas

The recipe requires 20 minutes of prep time and 5 hours of cooking time.

The ingredients include pork roast, yellow onion, oregano, orange juice and black pepper.
