But one thing I would like to mention here. Vegetarian food is low in cholesterol and saturated fat.
Honestly, I have a soft corner for non-vegetarian food but there are certain vegetarian recipes that are really wonderful and so delicious. I have mentioned those recipes here and since they taste so well I am sure you will also like them.
