How much is shipping?

Free shipping for all orders over $15.

When will my order ship?

Once you place the order, we will ship it within 3 working days. You will receive an email that includes your tracking number as soon as we ship the product.

What should I do if the product does not work?

Charge your device. If the battery is low or drained it may take up to 5 minutes for the LED to begin to pulse, which shows the charging is taking place. This happens because the charger at the beginning charges at a low current to safeguard the battery. Even after 5 minutes if the LED does not respond please check if

• The USB plug is plugged firmly into the socket.
• The Main plug is properly plugged into the wall socket.

How do I clean the product?

Wash the surfaces with water and soap, rinse with fresh water, and pat dry with a clean soft towel. We suggest spraying the device with alcohol and rinsing it with clean warm water afterwards to get the best results. Let the device air-dry.

How soon will I notice the benefits of the min facial steamer?

We recommend it to use it twice a week for 6-8 weeks to feel the moisture within your skin.

Is facial steam good for your skin?

When you use steam on your face, it helps to expand the pores and release any dirt accumulation for a more thorough cleansing. When your pores are opened the blackheads become softer and easier to remove and help reduce acne.

Steps To get the best results from the facial steamer

1. Clean your face and completely remove makeup. The facial steamer works best on a clean face.
2. Pour distilled water or natural mineral water into the steamer. We don’t recommend using tap water as it may contain chemicals that hamper your skin.
3. Every day, steam your face for no more than 10 minutes.

How often is it recommended to steam one’s face?

Twice a week at most.

Do’s

1. After every use make sure to clean the steamer properly, and maintain good hygiene to block any potentially harmful substances from coming into contact with your face.
2. To get the desired results remove any makeup you might have applied on your face.
3. After the steaming session, use a moisturizer to keep your skin nourished for a longer period.

Don’ts

1. As mentioned above don’t use tap water as it may harm your skin, instead use mineral water.
2. When you are finished with your steamer don’t leave it as it is. Make sure to clean it properly. This will prevent odors and will also keep mold away hence protecting your skin from any infections.
3. Don’t use your steamer more than twice a week.
