It is an easy and quick recipe, perfect for a busy weeknight dinner. You need a food processor. It is a perfect leftover recipe, too.

You can use rotini, farfalle, or any small cut pasta or spaghetti, but I prefer penne pasta. Pesto sauce is the star of this recipe. The recipe requires 10 minutes of prep time and 20 minutes of cooking time.

The ingredients include penne pasta, basil pesto, chicken broth, butter, Italian seasoning, all-purpose flour, chicken breast, parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese.

It is best served with garden salad or garlic bread. You can keep the leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge, and it will be good for up to 4 days. It freezes well for 4 months.

Honey Garlic Chicken

Honey garlic sauce makes the recipe a winner. It is one of my favorite chicken recipes. It is crispy on the outside and tender inside.

Preheat the oven to 400°F. The ingredients include brown sugar, garlic, parsley, chicken thighs, and carrots. Check if the internal temperature of the chicken has reached 165°F. Once it’s there, it means the chicken is cooked properly.

For this, you can use instant-read meat thermometer.

This rich and velvety recipe is one of my favorite chicken recipes. I love to serve it over rice or enjoy it with naan. You need a knife, a cutting board, and a large skillet.
